Because almost all sessions are unique and pricing is decided case by case, we can't give an accurate estimate until we've met you for a consultation. Consultations are complimentary and commitment-free.

A "shot list" is a list of key people, locations, or situations that the client wants captured. Although our photographers have extensive experience making the couple shine, there are often specific shots you want. This isn't restricted to weddings — event planners frequently need particular shots for sponsors or future advertising. With a shot list, we make sure you get those photos without fear of running out of time or forgetting in the excitement of the day.

It takes more than one person to plan and produce an event. Many of our clients use our photos on their websites to advertise or to show clients and sponsors. To make sure those key people are included, we give clients the opportunity to identify important guests ahead of time.

Once you send a request through our contact form, a consultant will call to schedule a 30-minute appointment to discuss your event. During the consultation you'll address your requirements and build a custom package — or choose from our set packages — to get everything you want within your budget. The consultant then pairs you with the photographer best suited to your style and dates.

There are pros and cons to both. An in-studio session is private with no distractions, and gives you full access to our professional equipment, backgrounds, and props. On location, you can capture nature and settings a studio can't artificially replicate. The better fit depends on what you prefer.

If you're looking for a single portrait photo rather than a full session — for identification on official documents, for example — we accept walk-ins. To ensure high-quality work, we don't accept walk-ins for full sessions, as those require a short consultation to go over theme and cost.
